  20. Blog progress. Try to get a few readers – just to have someone to be responsible to help you keep your eye on the ball.

Concentration – Learning to learn your ability to focus and concentrate on the task at hand can provide great benefits in all areas of life. These tips should help you achieve just that, and prevent you from feeling overwhelmed or frustrated with daily tasks or larger goals.

  1. The best time to concentrate after reading something that is inspiring – as you are filled with longing for. Make it a habit before doing something you know needs to be done (but you do not really want to do).
  2. Watch yourself during the day and make sure muscles do not get overly relaxed or strained.
  3. Get in the habit of taking deep, steady breaths instead of short, fast ones. Think internally about how meaningful each breath. steadier breathing will make for a more relaxing and productive measure.
  4. When you decide to do something, eliminate all other tasks from your mind while you are working. Thinking about other things while you are working on something will only lead to frustration and poor quality work. And by thinking about other things you could be doing, you will help prevent some have the potential to achieve a “flow” state.
  5. Turn off distractions when you work or study – no TV, cell phones, iPods, etc … The only truly effective distraction (Do not lie to yourself and say that you have TV) is not really a distraction at all – has been shown to classical music from the baroque period to facilitate concentration and learning, of 60 bpm its tempo.

  12. Ex3: Believe in your mind from one hundred to one, skipping each three numbers, which is 100, 97, 94, etc.
  13. EX4: Select inspiring words, or just a simple sound, and repeat it silently in your mind for five minutes. When your mind can focus more easily, trying to reach ten minutes of continuous concentration.
  14. EX5: Take fruit, apple, for example, and look at it from all sides. Focus your attention on it and view it from all sides. Defend all sessions to focus on it. Do not go away with irrelevant thoughts that come up. Be apple. It could be any other fruit. Look at it and not think about the shop where you bought it, the way it is grown, nutritional value etc., only the object in front of you. Just look at it, see it, smell it and touch it.
  15. EX6: This is the same practice number 5, only this time you visualize the fruit with your eyes closed. First, by performing again consume number 5 for five minutes, and then make this one. Environment – For some, it is not so obvious that the environment can influence your mood and mentality. These quick tips can help you learn environment and learn your mind in the way.

  1. De-clutter. de-clutter, de-clutter. I can not say this one is enough. Clutter in your environment leads subconsciously and sometimes consciously, the clutter in your mind. It turns frustration and prevents you from feeling free enough to work effectively to complete tasks.
  2. Use color in your work area. Sure, a lot of vivid colors can not always appear “professional,” but if you are working at home, there is no excuse. Use a variety of bright, bold colors to give workspace flare. Color is encouraging to note and will attract creative talent without you even aware of it. It works wonders unexpected – try it and see for yourself!
  3. Curves and circles are more encouraging and are effective in activating the mind than are straight lines and squares. Where possible, to incorporate curvilinear lines and odd organic form on your work area – whether it is in fact the design, layout of your things, or something as simple as schedules and to-do list.   10. If you are near someone, have them jot down thoughts about you during the day as well. Sometimes, you saw through the point of any review can help you figure out what you’re doing wrong, or right, or open your eyes to things you do not even know that you should work to improve. Make sure that you choose someone who cares about you and who will not judge, but give you an honest picture of you when you ask for it.
